Used Gibson Les Paul Guitars
The Les Paul Series - a guitar with history and soul. This is probably Gibson's best known electric guitar model, it has been produced since 1952 in many different editions such as the Les Paul Studio, Les Paul Standard, Les Paul Classic, Les Paul Custom (also known as the Black Beauty) and the Les Paul Supreme.
When introduced in 1952 this was the first solid body guitar to carry the Gibson name on the headstock. Originally it was only available in gold, hence the name “goldtop”. The 1957 Les Paul is one of the most significant electric guitars because it was the platform chosen to launch the humbucking pickup. Technical details include a neck and back made of mahogany, and the fingerboard from Madagascar rosewood based.
